Smoked Meats

Slow-smoked in-house. Served buffet style with your choice of sides and sauce.

At $30/person — includes ½ lb brisket & pulled pork per guest, plus your choice of 3 sides from the 4 available below.

Hand-Carved Certified Angus Brisket

22-hour smoke on a thick-cut certified Angus brisket. Sliced to order at the buffet station.

Slow-Smoked Heritage Pulled Pork

Smoked for 24 hours — wet-rubbed and cooked low and slow until fork-tender. Hand-pulled and served with your choice of sauce.

All sides are made fresh daily from scratch. Choose 3 of the 4 available with the $30/person package.

Garlic Whipped Potatoes

Yukon golds blended with garlic, heavy cream, sour cream, and butter.

House Slaw

Traditional cabbage slaw with our house-made dressing.

Skillet Cornbread

Traditional sweet cornbread, baked fresh.

Smokehouse Pit Beans

Slow-smoked in a house-made sweet tomato sauce with brisket and pulled pork.

Seven scratch-made sauces and gravy. All gluten-free.

House Hot Sauce

Scratch-made, full-flavoured, and packs a real kick.

Minimum billing is based on 100 guests. Under 100? A $9/person surcharge applies for each guest below 100.
